BUILT FROM THE SOIL. BUILT TO COMPETE.

VIEW 2027 SPRING TEAMS

SPRING/SUMMER HOCKEY

Spring hockey has become too focused on finding the winning team instead of building the winning player.

Too many players are chasing championships instead of chasing development.

Our AA division is built differently.

We've created an environment where AA and AAA players compete together, pushing each other every shift while still having the time and space to practice the skills that actually transfer to the game.

Because development isn't just about playing harder opponents.

It's about learning when to compete, how to execute, and why you're making each play.

Just as importantly, it's about learning to trust your teammates.

When you trust the players around you, you don't have to do everything yourself.

You can move the puck.

Support each other.

Work hard when the moment demands it.

And enjoy the game the way it's meant to be played.

The goal isn't to build the best spring team.

It's to build better hockey players.

The Norfolk Alexanders Way.

THE WAY WE PLAY

Fast.

Connected.

Relentless.

Together.

We want players who compete for each other, support the puck, move with speed, and understand how to play connected team hockey.

When athletes learn to trust the people around them, winning becomes a by-product.

No championship has ever been won by one player alone.

Success comes from a group of committed people who trust each other, hold each other accountable, and work toward the same goal.

Whether the task is big or small, the formula is the same.

Trust.

Commitment.

Execution.

That's why we don't just teach systems.

We teach the habits that make players valuable on every team they play for.

The small details matter.

Shooting the puck instead of over handling it.

Moving the puck instead of forcing individual plays.

Closing the middle on defence.

Supporting your teammates.

Communicating.

Competing for every puck.

These aren't just "spring hockey" skills.

They're hockey skills.

The habits that help a player succeed at the A level are the same habits that help them succeed at AA, AAA, Junior, College, and beyond.

Our goal isn't to build a team that wins one tournament.

Our goal is to build players who know how to win—wherever they play.
